The Judith Hale Gallery needed a web site that provided an online presence for the hundreds of artists they represent in their two Los Olivos, California galleries.
The site is organized such that visitors can browse artwork currently on display at the galleries by either the type of art—browsable categories include paintings, bronzes, etc.—or by artist.
Each of the galleries' artists has a dedicated page that includes an artist bio and images of their available artwork. A listing of recently sold artwork, special commissions and other example work is also included.
The site also serves as a calendar for the various events and art shows the galleries host each year. Event dates and descriptions on the calendar are augmented by detailed information about featured artists' demonstrations, workshops and open houses.
